Does IO replace our existing systems?
IO works on top of the existing industrial landscape. The systems, access, data flows and responsibilities for a specific deployment need to be agreed with your operations and IT/OT teams.
Can every action require human approval?
Yes. In human-in-the-loop mode, IO surfaces recommendations for human review before action. Delegated execution is a separate, explicit choice governed by defined policies.
What is the difference between a case and a pilot request?
Submit your case opens the proposed IO portal journey for a specific operational challenge and feasibility/pricing review. Start a pilot is a separate request to explore a scoped pilot. Get in touch handles general enquiries.
What happens after a pilot request?
The proposed flow is receipt confirmation, team review, discovery and a scoped proposal. Submitting a request does not confirm a pilot, meeting, price or start date.
What should we prepare?
A clear operational challenge, an expert who understands it, relevant systems and data, IT/OT access support, and a sponsor. The exact requirements depend on the mission.
Is IO built on Microsoft Azure?
The proposed technology foundation describes Microsoft Azure as the cloud platform alongside an on-site Edge component. Detailed deployment boundaries and data flows should be confirmed during technical discovery.
Can we read technical material without submitting a form?
Yes. Start with the technical brief and architecture PDF, or read the IO overview. No form is required.
How is IO priced?
Pricing depends on the mission and delivery scope. Agree onboarding, integration, customer effort and ongoing commercial terms before committing. Explore pricing and commercial scope →
How much time does our team need to contribute?
Bring an operational expert to explain the decision, a scope owner and IT/OT support for data and access. Agree participation, review sessions and validation responsibilities during discovery.
How long does implementation take?
Timing depends on scope, data readiness, access and approvals. Confirm the delivery plan and review gates with the team; a request does not reserve a start date.
Are all listed systems ready-made integrations?
The architecture shows system categories, not a guarantee of a ready-made connector for every product or version. Confirm interfaces, permissions, mapping and any engineering work for the selected mission.
How will we know a mission is delivering value?
Agree the baseline and success measure before implementation. Compare outcomes in a defined operating context, record the review and distinguish an identified opportunity from a measured, sustained improvement.
