This policy applies to Cleverdist's website at www.cleverdist.com. It describes the cookies used on Cleverdist's website, which is hosted by HubSpot. It does not cover the separate Industrial Operator portal at io-portal.cleverdist.com or replace the privacy information for that service.

2 What cookies do
Cookies are small records stored by your browser. Necessary cookies support website security and remember your consent choices. Optional analytics cookies help us understand visits and, where you identify yourself through a form, may associate consented website activity with a HubSpot contact record. Submitting a form is separate from agreeing to optional cookies or marketing.

5 Platform requests and embedded services
The website is hosted by HubSpot and uses its consent service. HubSpot platform code can load before a consent choice. HubSpot documents that its tracking code may record aggregate page views without optional tracking cookies. Rejecting optional cookies therefore does not mean that all network requests to HubSpot stop. Requests needed to deliver and secure the website continue.
Opening an enquiry or pilot form loads the form service and its security controls, including Google reCAPTCHA. The enquiry-form check loaded reCAPTCHA without setting a Google cookie in that browser session; cookies and requests can differ when a security check executes. Do not include sensitive operational information in a general enquiry. External links, including the IO portal, lead to services with their own privacy and cookie arrangements.
